The artists that appear on the cover of Quills are from various regions of Canada. The artist must be Canadian. Biographies of artists must be under 300 words. Submissions must be made by email first with samples of low resolution JPG’s and once an artist is chosen and invited to submit, a hi-res digital image can then be sent by email. Contributors will receive 5 copies of the edition their artwork appears on and mailed to a Canadian address only. Artists are not paid.
